Contents Mitigation Specialist

As one of the team members, you will be one of the first people to respond onsite after a home disaster situation (water, fire, mold, or storm damage) and help assess the damaged property. Your goal is to team up with your lead to create a strategic plan to get things done in a timely manner.
What you will do (but not limited to):
- Provide excellent customer service
- Operate tools and equipment that is necessary to get the job done in a timely manner
- Moving content out and into household.
- Communicate with your lead and supervisor with the daily tasks/schedule
- Load equipment and items in work vehicles
- Maintaining and cleaning the contents warehouse
- Assisting with any various tasks your supervisor or lead may need

Requirements:
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Data entry skills
- Valid Washington State Drivers License with good driving record.

- Available for on-call shifts, in addition to your standard 40 hour work week.

Water Mitigation Technician Assistant

As one of the team members, you will be one of the first people to respond onsite after a home disaster situation (water, fire, mold, or storm damage) and help assess the damaged property. Your goal is to team up with your lead to create a strategic plan to get things done in a timely manner.
What you will do (but not limited to):
- Provide excellent customer service
- Operate tools and machinery that is necessary to get the job done in a timely manner
- Remove damaged flooring, drywall, insulation, etc.
- Communicate with your lead and supervisor with the daily tasks/schedule
- Load equipment and items in work vehicles
- Maintaining and cleaning the mitigation warehouse
- Assisting with any various tasks your supervisor or lead may need
