    • Certified Professional cleaning, drying, dehumidifying and prevention against mold and rot in wood or drywall, rust or corrosion in metal, and swelling of composite materials.
      • Creating open space to dry out walls and crawlspaces could include cutting back drywall, removing insulation, removing flooring, removing cabinets. Not all surfaces can be simply dried out, sometimes they have to be removed.

Why Do I Need Mitigation?

In addition to professional drying, The Flood Guys also check for hidden moisture that might be wicking into your walls, cabinets, joists, & places where mold and rot like to hide until it becomes a very expensive and potentially dangerous problem.

Most water mitigation jobs are covered by your homeowners’ insurance. We will work directly with your insurance adjuster to keep them updated on the project using the industry standard software for estimating the work Xactimate.

What If My Insurance Recommends a Different Company?
